How to beat it?

I am based out of northern India & pollution here is really bad, can you advice pranayama is good or bad?

I want to know Yoga & psychotropic substances - is it valid or invalid? however, in our religious texts lord Shiva is witnessed taking it and if yoga is following his path so does it validate to have psychotropic substances? Whenever I am hiking up in the mountains I see so many yoga practitioners consuming it but I want to understand that is it right or wrong? as it confuses me.

Hi, I practice yoga thrice in a week. My hamstrings are really tight. What poses I should do for stretching and loosening them?
