My friends & I practice acro yoga in parks, people who walk by don't respect it. In the past, we have written to hellomyyoga suggesting to promote acro yoga events. Can anyone here share with me why is it such a problem to address acro yoga the same as Hatha, Astanga,  Kriya yoga? Acro yoga also requires body-mind coordination, it is also breathwork.

Hi, I eat sattvic food still I suffer from acidity. I do yoga & transcendental meditation to be stress relieved, my lifestyle is waking up early and avoid overeating & too long sitting job. Can you help me with what I am doing wrong that I am not able to relive from acidity in summers?

Hi, I am suffering from PCOD, I have a hectic schedule with office work, 6 months back I started yoga with a home trainer , I have no change in my body. Honestly, I get bad cervical after doing yoga practice. I think I am losing interest & faith in yoga . 
Any suggestion where I am going wrong .. I really want to bring that enthusiasm but no idea ..


Help with Meditation Practice

I am a beginner meditation practitioner and currently facing some issues while sitting for a duration longer than around 15~ mins. When I sit for longer, I either face pain in my back/spine or legs, or my legs go numb. Someone suggested that certain yoga asanas or methods can help with sitting posture in meditation and enhance the body's ability to maintain stillness and stability for a longer duration. 
What would be your take on that? Please offer some suggestions which might help me with my meditation practice.

Could you please throw some light on 3 upayas(shambhavopaya/ shaktopaya/ anavopaya) and respective meditation for each one from vigyan bhairav tantra perspective. Also how can we go through the 9 stages of reality from prakriti to shiva to and fro using these form of meditiation.
